Cost of braces

If you need orthodontic treatment at Ipswich Orthodontics, we believe you should have it. That is why we have made a commitment to not only offer competitive treatment fees, but to help make them affordable with a range of payment plans.

Treatment fees

We don’t have a set fee for treatment. Rather, we provide you with a quote that reflects your bespoke treatment plan. Everyone’s treatment is different which is why we like to cost it accordingly.

When we provide you with a quote for treatment, we are basing it on a number of things, such as the complexity of the orthodontic treatment you require and the amount of time that would be necessary to correct your teeth.

As an approximate guide:

• Single arch treatment usually starts at approximately $4500
• Complex treatment usually starts at approximately $7200

These costs include 18-24 months of treatment as well as three years of follow-up treatment with retainers.

Payment plans and health funds

These costs may sound expensive but we tell our patients to think of orthodontic treatment as a long-term investment. The treatment you receive at Ipswich Orthodontics is designed to last you a lifetime, so if you spread the cost of treatment out over several decades, you’re going to get a good return on your investment.

We do understand that orthodontic treatment can be a significant cost at this stage though, which is why we have several payment plans available to assist you with your needs.
